Return & Exchange Policy – Cosmic Vibrant

At Cosmic Vibrant, our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the guidelines below.


General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A return shipping fee (₹200) will be borne by the customer.
  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • For approved exchanges, we issue store credit, valid for 3 months from the date it is generated.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive store credit minus the return shipping fee.
  • Returns/exchanges are not applicable on discounted items, sale items, or clearance items.
  • Pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible Products for Return

You may return items that are:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • Received damaged or defective
  • Incorrect products delivered

Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items:

  • Accessories
  • Customized / Made-to-order outfits
  • Stitched blouses
  • Pre-order products
  • Items purchased during sale or discount events

Important Notes

  1. Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost. No store credit will be issued.
  2. If you purchased a Cosmic Vibrant product from a third-party store or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly.
  3. Many of our styles are handcrafted by artisans; slight variations in color, pattern, or finish are normal and part of the product's uniqueness.
  4. Sale/clearance items may have minor defects and are not eligible for return.

Store Credit Policy

  • All eligible returns will be processed as store credit only.
  • Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • The store credit amount will reflect the product value excluding shipping charges.

How to Use Your Store Credit

  1. Once your store credit is issued, you will receive a unique credit code via email/WhatsApp.
  2. During checkout, enter the code in the “Coupon Code” field.
  3. Click APPLY and the discount amount will be deducted instantly.
