At Cosmic Vibrant, our goal is to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the guidelines below.
General Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- A return shipping fee (₹200) will be borne by the customer.
- Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For approved exchanges, we issue store credit, valid for 3 months from the date it is generated.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will receive store credit minus the return shipping fee.
- Returns/exchanges are not applicable on discounted items, sale items, or clearance items.
- Pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligible Products for Return
You may return items that are:
- Unused and in new condition
- Received damaged or defective
- Incorrect products delivered
Non-returnable/non-exchangeable items:
- Accessories
- Customized / Made-to-order outfits
- Stitched blouses
- Pre-order products
- Items purchased during sale or discount events
Important Notes
- Any returned item that does not meet the above conditions will be rejected and shipped back to you at your cost. No store credit will be issued.
- If you purchased a Cosmic Vibrant product from a third-party store or marketplace, please contact that retailer directly.
- Many of our styles are handcrafted by artisans; slight variations in color, pattern, or finish are normal and part of the product's uniqueness.
- Sale/clearance items may have minor defects and are not eligible for return.

Store Credit Policy
- All eligible returns will be processed as store credit only.
- Store credit is issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- The store credit amount will reflect the product value excluding shipping charges.
How to Use Your Store Credit
- Once your store credit is issued, you will receive a unique credit code via email/WhatsApp.
- During checkout, enter the code in the “Coupon Code” field.
- Click APPLY and the discount amount will be deducted instantly.
