International shipping is

3. Dispatch Time
- Standard dispatch time is 3–5 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
- Orders with customization (if applicable) may take extra processing time, depending on the request.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timelines depend on your pin code and courier partner:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–9 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 working days
Tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
5. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India
- COD Orders: Shipping charge of ₹180 applies
6. Important Delivery Guidelines
Please do not accept delivery if the package appears:
- Opened
- Tampered
- Damaged
- Empty
Report it to us immediately so we can assist.
- If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided by the customer, any re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
7. Track Your Order
Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link sent to your registered email and WhatsApp.
8. Non-Returnable / Non-Shippable Situations
We may not be able to ship to certain remote or restricted pin codes.
In such cases, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative.

During high-volume sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.
